One of AGIP’s key priorities is to convene a ‘Community of Practice’ (CoP) where AGIP members and organisations working with and for adolescent girls can come together to discuss challenges in the spaces we work in; share learnings and achievements; exchange resources; and collectively build better practices to enable the leadership of adolescent girls. AGIP’s CoP enables us to achieve our strategic ambition: ‘Girls on the agenda and at the table’ by advancing topics such as safeguarding, Meaningful Girl and Youth Engagement (MGYE), and participatory research practices.
Membership of our CoP is open to all AGIP members as well as interested parties working in thematic areas focusing on adolescent girls (11-19 years old). CoP events will take place on a quarterly basis. Please refer to our events overview for more details and contact us if you are interested in joining us.
